DJ Mark Maskell gained the most recognition over the years from his extensive career as a Nightclub DJ and Promoter. From his early days of throwing house parties at JMU to holding residencies and playing guest spots at the biggest nightclubs in Washington DC, to even opening his own nightclub, he quickly made a remarkable career for himself as a DJ and promoter, playing thousands of nights in bars, nightclubs, radio stations, music festivals, concerts, shows, and weddings.
Inspired by the impressive lightshows at the clubs and music festivals he played, DJ Maskell now brings the essence of those crazy nightclub days to each wedding and private event that he does, throwing down sick beats and complementing it with a lightshow that mirrors the music in mood, vibe, feel, and intensity, to create the ultimate partying experience.
When he’s not DJing, partying, melting faces, and coordinating weddings, Mark enjoys hanging out with the crew, hiking, photography, listening to loud house and trance (big shocker there), spending time with his pets, fostering dogs, being the best horse husband ever, and fiddling with all sorts of geeky tech.
